About The Coalition

Hudson County Coalition for a Drug-Free Community (HCCDFC) is an active group of professionals ranging from civic/volunteer groups, businesses, faith-based organizations, government, health care, law enforcement, media, parents, prevention/ recovery community, schools, youth and youth-serving organizations.

The Coalition uses strategies that affect large segments of the population such as:
        • Policy Change – advocating laws or ordinances to decrease substance use in the community, state, and/or nation
        • Providing Education – Media campaigns, press releases and trainings
        • Community Advocacy – Asking the police to enforce alcohol laws

Incorruptible.Hudson

A youth-led anti-tobacco and vaping movement aimed at exposing the lies and misconceptions of youth tobacco and vaping use.

The INC Method:

  • Inform: Learn about a variety of tobacco-related topics and influential factors.
  • Navigate: Brainstorm and develop plans for engagement, strategy, and goals.
  • Change: Discover ways to take action and bring lasting change to communities.
